Mr. Pasqual of your office has provided me with SS-11-BK to complete which I have done and returned the form in a return envelope. That was Mar 3 2022. I have heard nothing since. I have tried at least 7 times to call Mr Pasqual leaving message after message and he does not return any of my calls. What can be done to get him to return my calls? This is very annoying and should not be done of a Gov employee. I would appreciate your attention to this matter of consern.

So far, a worthless web site. Is the office open or not? How can I get answers when I am transferred to an accountant that is not part of the SSA?

Linda is wonderful. She is informative and kind. Our world today is filled with people that seem to have no interest. Linda's empathy is obvious. I am grateful to be able to get help from someone that cares.

Hello, this is a follow up to a review I submitted prior. I contacted the national line and spoke to them about my name change and the service was night and day. Kind, without interruption or vitriol. The lady from the national hotline, DJ was able to help me perfectly and without issue. Thankfully she also mentioned that all the calls were recorded. My call to the Colorado Springs office left me shaking in fear. My call to the national hotline left me glowing and happy. I hope these two reviews make it to this site and are able to help people conclude their service as I ended mine.

Hello, I am deeply sorry to say that when I called I received the worst service I have ever had at a government office; including DMVs.
The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude, constantly interrupted, and belittled me. I cannot understand why this was. She refused to give her name or allow me to speak to anyone else. But the Colorado Springs office with the number 1-888-880-0688 cannot be recommended. Especially for name change services.

I have nothing but praise & compliments for Jeff - he was so very helpful personable & knowledgeable! I needed a replacement SS# card for the DMV - he immediately told me what could be done & what he would do to facilitate my request.

I want to reiterate how pleased, satisfied & happy I was with the outcome of my call to the Pikes Peak Ave SSA office due to my experience with Jeff.
