Overall rating of this office:No one responds in person. No one answers the phone. I called the toll-free line and was told to call the local office and speak to someone. Still no one answers. I can not get done what needs to be done legally. Impossible.
Not helpful at all, one hand doesnt know or care what the other one is doing. Was told multipule times to bring in certin documents each time we were told "it wasnt scanned into your file, so my sons check never gets to the amount is should be. 400 dollars a month.. wont pay rent let alone utilities..

I had a telephone appointment with Ms. Carter from your office, and she couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and did so with a smile on her face.(Yes, I could tell through the phone.). She is an asset to your office.
