I couldn't find the office today
and missed my appointment that I
waited over a week and half to get. I called the office 3 times
to try to get some help and I got a recording telling me the office was closed and to call back during office hours. this my first time trying to go to soc. security I cried the entire way home. Port st. Lucie people are nasty. I never new this was how It was going to be when I got old. I don't treat people like this, I wasn't taught to treat people like this. I still am unable right to reach the office. so what do I do?

I have had nothing but problems and nastiness with this office. If you don't understand something, or get upset and confused they get extremely rude. They give me a different story every time I come in. Plus they don't document the conversation. I still have questions
but I am afraid to go back.
