I am a Japan National with Alien Card resided at 845 Kealahou Street, Honolulu until 8/9/19, then moved to Japan for ministry. I wrote to SSA for W-2 to be sent to new residence in Japan but have not received yet. Please tell me when/where the form was sent.

I will be 65 on April 12 this year. I've been told I need to apply for Medicare Part B at age 65 but I need to have paid 10 years into medicare. I'm not sure if I have 10 years paying into medicare. Do I have enough years and if I so, how can I make an appointment at 300 Ala Moana Blvd?

Aloha, I am currently unemployed but trying to return to work now. My problem? My resume was saved to my ex-wife's PC when we were still married. The relationship "after" divorce is not going well. I need to re-write my resume to return to work. To get this done I need the histoy of my past positions. I am sure that I go through you, but was is the fee for the information?

While in Hawaii the week Aug 31st to Sept 4th, I went in the SSA at the Hawaii Federal Building to request a replacement of my lost SS card. I presented all the needed documents and was told my card will be sent to me. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. There is things I need to do that urgently need my SS card. Your website says its looks 10 business days. So where is it?

I need to show my birth certificate or passport for proof of US citizenship. Can I just go to our local social security office either at Kapolei or Honolulu during their office hours to show them my documents rather than mailing the originals?
