Overall rating of this office:I called last week to speak to a live agent and I got a lady on the phone who did not know here job or how to do things, I told her I need to submit my taxes to S.S.I. and she said to do your taxes go to the Tax office not here, and I said I know but this to submit for my side income I make and she said still submit it to the tax off not here and plus you don't have to submit here we already know your taxes!! and she was very "RUDE" and swore at me and call me an ass hole over the phone cause I wanted to submit my tax returns to S.S.I. and I was told by the workers before to do so" or i could lose my S.S.I. is if I did not submit it to them at the end of every year!!
I did not get my SSI, SSA Stimulus Check-in for my disability account!!!!
I just waited 1 hour and 3 minutes to speak with someone. Alice answered and said hello - I said hello and she said it three times and then hung up.
I called back and they said it would be another hour before someone would answer.
I have a problem - I turned 65 today and I have not heard anything about what I am supposed to pay for Medicare. I see that my SS did not go to my bank account - however, it is not enough to cover Medicare. How much and I supposed to pay? and when. I don't want my insurance cancelled.
Please help me.
I did not receive my benefits for the month of Januaryi get a deposit on the firstfor$600,and on the 3,Rd for $112,there is no pending deposit as far as direct deposit said.
I am the executor of my brother-in-laws estate in Florida. He passed away in Sept of 2015 and I understand I should file his income taxes for last year. I never recieved the statement of his SSI. Can I get a copy of it if I come to the office?
