I've never encountered a more unprofessional, incompetent and uncaring group of "worker" than those that occupy the Annapolis, MD office.

They lost information regarding multiple appointments, as well as all application information and msterisls, repeatedly gave out false information, lied about their actions, didn't answer office phones for days and days and days and never once returned a phone call in the ever-so rare event that one could actually reach a voice mail.

None of this is hyperbole. It's astounding the utter contempt that these public employees have for the very public they are meant to serve.

Please put your fax number on the website. There's no email address to submit medicare application and no fax number listed. Have to call to get the number which takes a long time to get to a human.

When I looked at the "my Social Security" "Retirement Calculator" I see the same amount for every month in a year rather than an increase per month. So for me it estimates I get $2988 for every month of retirement age after I reach age 67. So I would get $2988 if I retire at 67 and 1 month. But, I also get $2988 at 67 11 months!!! Is this correct?

I signed up for social security in early November as well as having applied for Medicare part B. I am unemployed now and I would like an idea how long this process will take especially with Medicare part B

I received a call at 10:38 am today 10/23/2020 from phone number 562-414-4129 stating that my social security benefits were being suspended. I'm reporting this information of the call I received and I hope that it can be investigated.

I just received a call from a "Social Security" office to give me a Case #DC7010, From Nancy Berryhill #79246. She informed me that someone had used my SS# in Texas and drugs and money laundering are involved and now I would be required to go to Court, and someone would contact me about it. Did this actually come from Social Security or is this a Fraud call??

I went to the Charlotte Hall office on 8/7 and it was a 4-5 hour wait without the guarantee of even being seen. My three children were with me so I decided to go to the Annapolis office. I was seen within 10 minutes but was told I had to go to the SSA office where I live. The agent made an appt. for me, 9/24 10:30 at the Charlotte Hall location. I called SSA today because I had a question about applying online and was told my appt. was not scheduled for Charlotte Hall BUT at the Allentown office! What would have happened if I had not called, 9/24 appt would not have happened and filing for survivor benefits for my children would have been delayed again.

Pls adjust coverage. Medicare is primary and my BluX Blu Shield is secondary. There seems to be a mix up. I have received 2 bills "Rightime" med cost for $130 and Dermatology bill, $617, respectively. If I made the mistake, pls correct, ie, Medicare is primary.

Thanks, Joe Noon
