I am trying to find out why my monthly Medicare bill went from $148.50 to $615.60 for January 2022. Phone system keeps cutting me off after waiting for 15 minutes. Help please!

Rec'd letter saying my deceased husband could be due payments. This seems to be a scam. Wanting original birth and death certificates. I have been on hold 3 different times for over an hour to talk to someone. Can someone kindly let me know if I should ignore

We just received a letter dated 10/28/2017 from Social Security notifying us that my husband's deceased brother was due benefits at the time of his death and giving us five days to respond. We need to contact his son and daughter and have them supply their contact info. Can we have more time?

I have built a career in customer service for over 38 years and consider myself somewhat of an expert. We have been so nervous about having to apply for social security - and were WOW'D by the excellent service we received by the team in the Union, MO office. Wendi and Cindy were positive, upbeat and knowledgeable and helpful - all which helped us to actually enjoy our visit and we were able to enroll with ease. We were dreading this process but thanks to their help we are smiling. THANK YOU WENDI AND CINDY!!!

I have applied for social security benefits online and received a re-entry number but not a confirmation number. When and how can I expect a confirmation number?

I am an attorney with very limited knowledge of the SS system.
I have a question from an injured young woman who will be unable to work for approx 8 mos. Is there some kind of disability benefit which will give her an income during this time so that she can make her house payment. She has medical ins. which is paying for her hospitalization and treatment.
If there is such a benefit, how long will it take for her to begin receiving it, monthly.
Thank you.
Mike
