I need to schedule an appointment to review the decision on my retirement benefits. Supposedly a notice was mailed on March 14, 2021 to my address. This was received on April 8, 2021. It is my understanding I have 60 days from the date of receipt to file an appeal. I will bring in my substantiating documents proving I am 63 years of age. Since my age is in question.

I came to theoffice from Mesquite on September 28 for a new SSA card. I was advised a new card would be sent within 7 to 10 days. I need the card desperately for work requirements, Can you check to see if it has mailed.
Thank you Louie Martin

He just raised his voice & told me to get out or he will put a hand cuffs on me.On what ground for me to be hand cuffs.I had worked in this medical field for more than 21 yrs.now.My 1st.time had encounter this kind of people.I am an Activities Director/Marketing for Assisted Living for disable people, seniors & veterans. All this 3 security guards shouldn't be working here.I will file a complaint & call my lawyer & ask for advise...

With all safety incidents occurring all the time I have to comment that two security officers standing at this location were too busy on their cell phones rather than paying attention to the door and surrounding. One even apologized to some people who were talking at him and he didn't even heard or notice them because of been on the phone. What a shame protecting innocent people. My other complaint is about the lady at window 17.. Is sad that she is assigned to assist Spanish speaking people and she is so rude, unprofessional and discourteous. I work customer services myself and unfortunately Hispanics when they don't speak English need additional help to get things done. This woman probably make things more difficult for non English speaking people than helping them. It was so disappointed her attitude and customer services given. So sad she is Hispanic too. I feel for those needing help and getting her. Also, just as people need respect so our country.. Next time she should refer to the country by name not " that country".. Some customer services courses may be beneficial for her.

HAVE HAD EMG TESTING & BEING REFERRED TO ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST FOR MORE NERVE TESTING. I ALSO HAVE CHRONIC COPD & IDOPATHIC THROMBO PURPURA (LOW PLATELET COUNT) WHICH CAUSES EASY BRUISING & PROLONGED BLEEDING TIME IF CUT. SHOULD I HAVE AN ATTORNEY TO FILE EARLY RETIREMENT & GET BENEFITS OR IF MY PHYSICIAN FEELS I CAN NO LONGER MEET MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, WHAT STEPS DO I FILE FOR EARLY RETIREMENT BEFORE MY 66TH BIRTHDAY & GET PAID BENEFITS

Greetings from rural Lincoln County. My friend is very concerned regarding ORIGINAL documents she sent in, after the death of her husband. She is requesting Survivor Benefits. It has been weeks since she was able to make contact with Keith P. Alexander, regarding the status of this, as well as where are her original documents. Please contact Ms. Jacklyn Bart of Caliente, Nevada regarding the status of her account.

After arriving 1 hour before the office opened I waited in a very long hot line. After they opened the security guard was swift and courteous with getting the crowd into the correct lines. I was there for 2 different reasons, and he told me I had to make a decision as they were in two different offices. Moved quickly when doors opened and greeted pleasantly and serviced quickly. There was quite a disturbance outside on the street side-walk while waiting in line as there
was an sign carrying evangelist with a very loud speaker. He had his rights for free speech, but was stepping all over the rights of the 100's in line.

After moderator approval, I'm sure my complaint will not be posted. Is there anyone I can talk to ?

After sitting in the social security office on Buffalo for hours, my daughter, with her 6 month old daughter stepped outside to get some fresh air while she was waiting and the security guard would not let her back in the building. She was told that no one could come in after 3:30. She told the guard that she was already in the building, but he still refused to let her back in. Meanwhile the guard did allow someone else to come in. My daughter stated that basically the security guard was laughing at her. Now my daughter is in tears, because the guard was so rude to her. What kind of people do you have working for you ?
