Called to make an appointment had to first listen to all their nonsense about covid and masking and experiencing high call volume. Was told wait would be up to 15 minutes, I waited 25 only to be disconnected. Little Caesars is run more professionally.

DISCONNECTS YOU WITH NOT EVEN A MESSAGE wrote on 13.09.2021 and gave a rating 4 of 5:

Receive message and it says someone will help, then another message, then hold for a long period, then you get disconnected. I need questions answered by a real person ... time is of the essence since I'll be losing my job soon, but can't get answers anywhere.

I can't believe they are allowed to use our tax dollars to support such a poor service. It's appalling!

My husband and I have separated and I need information on how to receive future stimulus checks (for myself) and how to get them direct deposited into my bank account. Prior checks have all been deposited into his account due to the fact we filed our taxes joint/married. I have tried to call your number countless times and get disconnected repeatedly.

I have a question, my husband passed 2008 and I was told by an old family/friend member that his ex-wife was claiming his social security income. How would i go about finding this out as she was married to him for 3-4 years and I was married to him for almost 20 years.

Waited an hour, got called, sat down, clown doing the interview #7 11-8-18 10AM asked for id, had left wallet in car but had a copy of all she wanted, not good enough for this witch, I said I'd run out to my car to get wallet, she said if I did I would have to take a number AGAIN AND WAIT ! she was rude, obnoxious, and her limpstick looked like she had sucked the middle out of a chocolate donut,,condescending BITCH kept calling me "sweety", this woman needs to be fired. She has had numerous complaints and the next time I go in, I'm going to record her nasty ass attitude and then put it all over social media

I have tried several times to contact this office by phone concerning a scheduled appointment. Each time that I have attempted to call, I am put on hold and then eventually disconnected. I have received correspondence from the Social Security Administration subsequent to the "Notice of Appointment", which causes me to question if I am still required to attend the scheduled appointment. I can be reached at (330)232-4747 (cell) or (330)527-4674 (home).
