I went to the Columbia office and left after 2 hours with no sign of being seen anytime soon. I went to Sumter and the whole atmosphere was completely different. The same transaction that I was unable to finish and cost me 2+ hours + $20 for parking in Columbia, took less than 15 minutes with the parking on-site and free.

If it took as long to wait on customers in business as it does here There would be wholesale firing of management.
If you hired a few people I am sure you could cut down the silly time lag to get to speak to a human
