Why are there cars in front of the SS office if they are CLOSED. You can't get anywhere on the phone unless you have a name or etention number. Please give me one! This is absolutley ridiculous
can not get anyone on the phone and hate to make the 2 hour trip and not be able to get in to see anyone.
the security officer was an ass,i I waited over an hour to see somebody then he passed me on to someone else,asked me questions which were irrelevant to why I was there.pa system suckshere is the name and ext. when you call lupe pena ext 16313,before I left home I tried to call 3 times,got nobody,when I said something to the above person oh we answer the phone all the time LIAR,soon as I left I called the number again got the same thing I got before,worst customer service ever!!!
I cannot speak to anyone at my local office unless I have an appointment. Unfortunately I do not already know the name and extension number, since you do not provide a list of departments and I can't speak to a person. I may be getting old , but I obviously still have more on the ball than the person who set up your contact and information system.
