I would like to stop paying taxes on my social security income. Do I need to come in to do that or can I take care of this online or by phone? I have also moved from Gilbert, AZ to Casa Grande, AZ. How do I do the change of address? Can I do this online?

The young security guard there is a real ass. Rude and Arrogant to people coming in the office. He makes snippy remarks to people like their idiots...please fire him.
