Social Security Office Locations

on hold on main nbr (the only one that we minions can find to call) for 45 mins now. it would be great if one could easily schedule an appt. BUT NO!!!! on top of that the call quality is HORRIBLE. My guess is if anyone actually answers they will not be able to help me because we won't be able to understand each other. ZERO respect of patience for government and their customer service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. how about you do more to help seniors with the all time high inflation. capping income for those that retired a little early when monthly expenses for basics are now 600-1000 a month more!!

I can't wait for the corruption to be put to an end!!!!

I spoke with Jesse James Diaz this morning about transitioning from one type of benefit to another. He was exceptionally helpful, took time to lay out my options, gave me questions to think about, and was generally patient and very pleasant to deal with. And made the necessary change that I needed. Was on phone hold for 25 minutes when music stopped and quit. Never reached anyone. Cannot find local office phone number.

My October/2020 sspayment has not been deposited into my bank account. why?

Listened to 3 minutes or more of what ifs. When the opportunity to be directed to a person came up, was told, sorry. Call back later or another time. And people what the government to run health care? My time has value too!

Tawny is a credit to SSA. She is cheerful, patient, courteous, professional, and credible. She said she will call me today and I just know she has resolved my problem!

The waiting time was minimal. Outstanding service! Tawny was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We easily made our decisions after she explained what we were entitled to. Very impressed with her customer service skills and positive attitude.

They were suppose to cut my social security from $967.00,to 833.00 and
instead cut it to 565.00.

I moved in August of 2017and forgot to change my address with social security. I have not received my benefits statement for 2018 nor my 1099. My husband has received both these things. How can I look into this. I tried on-line but it keeps locking me out because it says my information isn’t found.

I phoned the national number about a month or more ago. They were going to have the local office call me. I have not heard a word from them.
