I visited the SSI Searcy location today to file for a waiver. I found the experience intimidating and odd. I was able to enter the building with out incident but unable to leave with out the guards assistance (door was locked) at 1pm. What gives? The guard stood up as I stood up followed inches behind me to the door when the door didn't open I said which door opens he said none and physically had to un locked the door.
