I have never delt with a more disorganized department in my life. Everytime I come into the office I deal with a differant person. They have no clue of whats going on, then they change my claim requirements, and I have yet to be paid at all. When I ask why, the reply is Im doing your claim my way. When I try to see the same person again, Allison Ortega she is usually off early that day. She NEVER returns any phone calls. It is very frustrating to deal with constant changing of my claim from day to day.
I visited this office on July 16 at 9:30 a.m. It was a small office with about 30 chairs. All of them were full with more people standing. There were two clerks both of witch were tied up with customers. There was also an armed guard sitting at a desk in the front of the room. I took one look and left.
