Ever since this “pandemic” I can’t get an answer on how to change my name. I’ve sent in the correct documents 2x and keep getting a letter back saying you need originals. However I’m not sending my original drivers license… that makes no sense. And when I try to call on the phone it keeps saying “we’re busy. Goodbye.” So I’m receiving 0 help from this office and there’s nothing I can do about it? You’re a literal joke of an establishment.

In November I spoke with someone at 800-772-1213. I was told at the time my monthly benefit would be $1797 a month.

Looking at the social security website this morning it reads $1697 a month.

Any insight you can offer is appreciated.
