i can't get any information on S.S. card $cost$ to change using ss-5 form or a working phone number listed on local office, to even set appointment.
Trying to make an appointment at the Riverside office and number I call the 800 number listed it says it cannot help me??? Another stupid way government gets things done. HOW DO I GET TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LOCAL OFFICE???????????

Yesterday, received an unsolicited call which said
"Your social security file has been breaced, please
press....." I immeidately hung up. Please advise
if there is a problem with my file and or number!
