Overall rating of this office:First, no one answered the phone on 3/14 at 2:05pm. Secondly, in an earlier call, I was promised that I would receive a letter stating the basic rate increase for Medicare for 2016. I have not received the letter form SSA to date that is needed by PERS to properly reimburse me for my Medicare Premium. I also contacted Medicare directly and they promised to send the rate increase letter, but I never received it.

my brother inocencio m. toves is appling for his ssi again he was in guam on dec 2013 for emergency i will be emailing you his itinary when he left sacramento and he just arrive back in sacramento in july 2014 please let me know where to send his itinary that your office is requesting from him thank you and waiting to get the right address to email his itinary flight on dec 10 2013
