I was in your office 10-3-14. The woman behind the counter glared at me. I showed her the letter I had received from S.S. about them not having my right address. I told her I gave then my new address in July. SHE CALLED ME A LIER.I told her I was not a liar and she had no right to call me one. She called me one again. After I told her the letter was sent to my new address, and showed her my drivers license with my new address on it. She finally changed my address in your file. She was very rude and insulting to me. I asked for her card, she said she didn't have one. I asked for her name. She said it was Mary Lou. She was a older woman with dark shoulder length hair and talked with a very thick accent. She was at window A about 1 P.M. As I left she said in clear English, have a good day.
Poor service. Uneducated technicians who do not even know the system they are working in. After working 40 years as a human service worker and nurse, they referred me to a homeless shelter. What has happened to humanity?

Went to the Pearl East Circle office this afternoon. The office is empty. Sign says they moved to Louisville.
Would have been nice if they updated their website.
Tried to call their 800#. 1.5 hour wait times. No capability to have them call back. Will try next week.
