PLEASE HELP ME WITH CONTACTING UNITED HEALTH CARE ABOUT MY HUSBAND'S DEATH ON OCT. 30, 2020. THEY DEDUCTED 20.90 FOR NOV. AND DEC. 2020 AND WHEN I SPOKE WITH THEM THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A CODE FROM SOCIAL SECURITY. NOW THEY HAVE DEDUCTED 30.70 FOR ROY'S RX PLAN FOR JAN. 2021. I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO THIS.
PLEASE HELP ME.

Great experience dealing with SSA in Grand Junction today! Had to wait 10 minutes for assistance but that’s to be expected these days. The Washington DC SSA office gave me erroneous information that screwed up my request for assistance. The GJ SSA seemed to know what to do, as expected, to solve my problem!

I tried to call during posted business hours. I let the phone ring for 30 minutes continuously. The web site indicates the office is staffed during posted hours.????????????? Not even a voice mail????????????

I am shocked you do this to people who need help. I have been a year and a half trying to get disability with no avail. I promise you if I had my health back and was able to work, I would definitely prefer that, but I can't! My doctor's have done everything possible to help with the pain, but nothing works. If it wasn't for family, I would be homeless. Would you PLEASE help! I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you, have a great day!
