Nightmare. The person (could not tell if it was a man or woman) due to 2-3 masks. Totally rude, disrespectful and above all power hungry. I could not hear he/she due to the glass and he/she stood 7 feet away from the glass with 2 masks. Then they had the audacity to wave over security because I pulled my masked away (not off) my face so they could hear me. Pathetic excuse for our government workers. Be kind. Be nice. Above all.

I hear the offices are open now because Jarid Polis announced a while back that the pandemic is over!

Hi, I am checking in to see if Nicholas Carr has finished with my paperwork I sent him about a week and half ago. Looking to see if and when I am going to get my Medicare part B reinstated and my Social Security started up. Really can use the funds right now. for Disability for low Vision. Retna and MALECULER DEGENERATION.
I APPLIED ON PAPER APPLICATION FORM AND SENT IT TO THE LOW VISION
AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED DEPT IN MARYLAND. I ASKED THEM TO CONTACT YOU IF THEY RECEICED IT AND I CALLED TO TELL YOU SOON AFTER BUT
THE WAIT WAS TO LONG AND FRRGOT.

great directions, but have called the 1800-772-1213 that is listed above, number several times and wait on hold at least an hour each time, for them to tell me that is a national number not that local office. Unless, I drive clear over there and wait in line for hours to get the phone number. I just wish you would just post the local office phone number.
