I sent original documents in to do a name change. Pueblo Social security kept my original documents and sent back copies. Now I have to go back to the court house to reorder the original documents so I can change my name on my drivers license. Such a pain!

How do I make an appointment to apply for Medicare at my office in Pueblo CO. I have called numerous calls and no answer. Medicare has a phone message to call Social Security to enroll.

many folks are afraid to leave a review in fear of losing their benefits. this office is not managed well. the caseworkers use intimidation and terrorize the clients. Clients often sit for two hours waiting to be seen and then they get an appointment to come back at a later time. Often caseworkers threaten to cut the SSI check in half for a variety of reasons, that are not part of the social security law.
