Overall rating of this office:Trying to find the new social security office that replaced the one on m Street in dc. Called the number and told the wait time was 40 minutes at 9 am the website keeps a m street address when it has been closed for almost 2 years. Everything is so difficult because information is not shared

I have had a very bad experience with the Kalispell Montana Office :(
I'm the only person in the state to move my case out of state after seeing the Judge 4 or so times just to get turned down :(
I have brain damage from an domestic beating in my sleep in 1991 ,
I moved back in 2015 right after moving home my check was stopped;(
After going threw a lot & calling out state , did I finily got help .
Now the same case manager has stopped my check once again ! Saying I received a $ 9.999.99 dollar check ;(
In June which never happened & where she got that I would like to know .
I am asking for a case review & called the Kalispell office last week & was told the papers would be here Monday.
I have never got them .
I need to ask for help with this office asap.

Social Security Office on Covington Hwy.Decatur Ga.Some are professional will help you.Then you get those that want even identify you to see if you are the person calling.If you call sometime they answer the phone.If you keep trying to reach them they take the phone off the hook
