Trying to get an appt. @ the SSA Bradenton office was impossible. I waited on the phone for 21 minutes and then the call was disconnected. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to request an appointment with Vanessa Tarnoy to clarify that, without any prior notice and without reason, my pension has been reduced by nearly $ 150 since October. I find this outrageous and unjustified.
I ask that I be given an appointment at the Bradenton office to clarify this.
Sincerely
Vanessa Tarnoy

I have tried calling the local SSA office as well as the national number and the number just hangs up on me. This is terrible customer service. They need to ask me my name and at least tell me they will call me back. but that wasn't even an option, guess they feel hanging up on people is a better option. What can I say dealing with the government these days is a joke.

I visited this office to make an appointment to speak to an agent in regards to my disabled daughter. I was given the 800 number and after jumping thru numerous hoops, was told that there was a 35 minute wait to even get to speak to someone. Not good.
