I just sat on the telephone listening to your impersonal computer talk to me for five minutes and when it said press 0 to talk with a representative it told me to try my call again, goodbye and hung up on me. Sick of the government employee's laziness. I want to cancel my medicare before it gets activated since the insurance I pay for is cheaper with no copays for medication but I can't talk to anyone about this form I filled out to turn into you. WTH.

My wife and I recently signed up for Social Security benefits at the Jacksonville, Bonneval Road Office. Mr. Anderson helped us, and walked us through the process. We both were so impressed at the quality of this public service representative. To be honest, government employees aren’t typically perceived as being as helpful and knowledgeable as Mr. Anderson. He’s a great representative of our government, and the Social Security Administration.

On yesterday 04/24/17 at 8:59-11 AM, I tried to get in contact with someone affiliated with the Bonneville Drive, social security office. My purpose was to discuss my final lump sum disbursement. The last phone call I made I had a conversation with my caseworker Ms. Washington and by my calculations my payment was two weeks late. Ms. Washington assured me that disbursement was going to be released on the second week of April and I had no need for any one to release it any sooner even though I proved evidence of my hardship and I money for my rent, and my lights. Bonneville office to either reach, or allow me to speak to someone. I didn't want to leave a message and so I asked for to have a worm transfer. The young lady told me that Ms. Washington was not in and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I told her that when I called the first time I left a message for her and Maya T.
Usually Maya T helps me: if I can't get a return call from my case worker Ms. Washington. When I called back I was trying to reach Maya but the receptionist refused to speak with me and keeps hanging up on me every time I would go threw the long process of calling. She was answering the phone, but once she heard my voice I and ask her to give me a warm transfer so I could speaking to Maya T. She would hang the phone up and she has hung up on me 6 times. I called to ask her for her name and she would just hang up every time. This is very poor customer service. I need for someone else to call me back in management I don't like dealing with people who show me no courtesy especially when it concerns my income. The only reason why I rated this a two is because I have been here several times and there have only been two people who have treated me like a human being. Maya, and the security guard.
