The person who took care of me was rude.

Today I called this office by phone. I have been waiting for someone to TAKE THE CALL. I dialed this morning at 9.00 AM. It is now 4.00 pm. No one comes to the phone. A recorder keeps on telling me that they regret but they are busy .I guess tomorrow is another day. I will try again tomorrow.
