My older Aunt is living with me and I need to have her social security re-directed to her new saving Account here in Florida she Was Living in Michigan and had a account there. She tried to call Social Security but she is Older(a little short term memory issues) and when asked some questions she could answer so we need to get it changed in person only, how can we accomplish that she has all her identification 941-628-1545 thank you
Went in to apply for widows benefits. The 'Hell's Angel' wannabe, took the death certificate and marriage certificate, stated I would only get 82% of spouse benefit (even tho' I am 6 y.o and every notice states 100%) then sent me away saying I would be getting a phone call at 10.30am a full month later and I had better answer the phone!!!! Expecting I will have to get a lawyer involved just to apply for what I am entitled to.
I have called FOUR business days around 3:20 to 3:30. No one answers the phone. People are supposed to work up until FOUR PM each day. How is it that I telephone before Four PM and there is NEVER an answer? I am forwarding this e-mail to your administration for an answer and also I have completed the phone survey. Someone is NOT doing there job and it is at my expense. I want an answer or I will continue to write until I get an answer. Sincerely, John Panella
My wife and I received letters from this office dated Nov. 4th, 2020 regarding my Extra Help with Prescription Drug Assistance. It urged me to call right away regarding my income, or I may loose it. So I called and left numerous messages to call me back. No response! Today someone named Johnny promised me a call back by 3:00 pm. or to call him directly.NO CALLBACK. So I called him. You guessed it. Had to leave him a message. How do these people get to work at this office when they are not even doing their job? TERRIBLE SERVICE. All I can do is keep trying, while getting more angry by the minute.
