I called to inquire about the status of my previous jobs to file for a claim, and haven't heard anything after paying $90 to have my documents sent, which have not arrived.

I never received my new card with a name change after marriage and had to come to the office 3 times within a month period, merely for a name change. Was told I could use the receipt of my name change to change at other facilities to change my name...not one place have let me use that. No one is helpful there. So now I'm supposed to worry about my card out there somewhere since they said it got mailed out but I never received it. I hope I get my "replacement" card and I don't ever have to go back into this office. Also a two hour wait for a replacement card??? There has to be a better system. I waited over 2 hours for a not even 5 minute process. Absolutely ridiculous.

the staff are rude and treat people with learning and special needs like scum. The administration has claimed I have not sent paperwork when I did their error thankfully I sent in certified mail all the sudden they found all my paperwork

I only waited a few minutes.
The T.V. prompts about Social Security were beneficial.
The representative was very helpful and attentive.
Nice workers always work best for a service like this.
