I was very anxious to discuss the possibility of retirement & had a delightful phone interview with Ms. Ross-Jackson thru the Tifton SS office. She worked very diligently to find and discuss the best plan for me. She was honest, helpful & calmed my nerves thru what could have been a hard conversation. I am very thankful for her.
