I was told if I didn't renew my card that my social security pay will be revoked! That will leave me with nothing to live on! I have no savings. I have no job. And it seems that no one is in that office to respond. I've tried to get in touch with you before and got no response. Don't remember who requested that I need to get certified copies or send the original birth certificate and US passport to your office. Or my social security pay will be revoked! Leaving me with nothing to live on! You have my email address. I have no phone. Please reply to this message!!!

Is it true that if my social security card expires that my social security pay of $749 a month will be revoked? I just visited the original ss office online and I was told that it should not and would not affect my ss pay. It is the only money I have to live on! Your offices are closed. No one is working. You are requiring me to supply my passport and original birth certificate as proof. Yet your office is closed. And I do not want to lose my passport since I am leaving Guam and returning stateside. And I have no other income. If I lose that $749 a month I will have nothing to live on! I have no savings to fall back on! I've already tried to contact you before.
I hope this is going to your closed Guam office. I hope I get a reply soon!

Am trying to renew my SSN card which expired 7/29/20. I have the application form filled out. I have my birth certificate and medicare card as well as my US Passport, a GovGuam association of retired persons, inc card and a DBIDS department of Defence ID card.

I can't call you! I can't go there to get help because you closed your offices. I have had 3 moderna shots and test negative for covid.

I need to renew my ssn card and worried if I mail my important documents to you, that I won't get them back! I can't afford to lose my ssn income since it is the only money I have to live on!

I've yet to try using the online application since I don't know how I'm supposed to send you the required documents you require!

I've probably sent you an email already. If I did, I've not had a response! Going to try calling you. I don't know what else to do.

Very afraid if I mail my important passport and birth certificate and medicare card that I will never get them back!

Hoping for a quick response from your office. Desperately need your help and response.

Have filled out the application for renewing my social security card which expired 7/29/2020.

I have my medicare health insurance card, expiration date 01-01-2022.

My Social Security card expired (07/29/2020).

I have my original birth certificate.

I have a recently renewed US passport. I also still have my expired US passport.

I recently received a GovGuam Association of Retired Person's Inc card which my newest photo is on.

I have a DBIDS card from Department of Defense which allows me to accompany my aging mother so I can help her with groceries.

My only income is from social security. I cannot lose that or I will have no money to live on! I have no savings. I have no other income. I cannot afford to lose my monthly Social security money!

I've emailed you before and have yet to recieve a response, but I think this old laptop lost it since it was needing updating. And perhaps lost your reply to my last attempt to renew My social security card.

Please tell me how to get this application to you for a renewed social security card! Can't come in person because due to the covid pandemic, you've shut your doors. Is there a drop box I can drop this application into?

Please! I need your help and response.

Sincerely,
Emelinda Marie Smith

How do I get help if I have no phone and you aren't seeing anyone due to covid? I've had 3 moderna shots, always wear a mask. If no one is working there, how do I get help?

Recently started receiving Social Security payments, my ONLY income $793.10 a month. Then I get a letter from you, stating you will deduct $170.10 for Medicare. I'm 65 yrs old. I thought I was told I did not have to pay for medicare! If you're going to take that money away from me, it's not enough to live on! Wanted to go to your office, but it is stated you are not seeing anyone in person. What do I have to do to talk to someone, because I am very upset and confused, and need assistance!

I turned 65 today. I just got mail yesterday stating I must pay Medicare over $170.10! I only get $749 a month ssn, my ONLY income to live on. How do I fix that? I have no phone. Only email. Please respond as soon as you can.

I have called the toll free number which connected me to the US Office. I have asked for the Guam number but its a busy tone. SSO on GUAM required us to submit original IDs and Birth Certificate through an envelope and drop in a drop box. They told us it will take about 2 weeks and that they would mail back the IDs and Documents. It has been almost a month and we need our IDs back for identification purposes. Please assist in how I can get ahold of the Guam SSO location. Thank You.

Hello during the Pandemic I was informed your office was closed for in person appointments and was provided a Guam number to call. I called this number several times and when id stated please leave a message it automatically disconnected and I couldn't leave a message. I was Married in Nov 2019 to a Chinese citizen and when I filled my Taxes TAXPROS's informed me I need to request a Tax number until which time my Wife receives her Immigration Visa with work authorization. How do I request the Tax number for tax filling purposes?
Thank you for any assistance on this urgent matter.

I have called this number a few times today and get a busy dial tone each time. Is there an office number that I can call besides the 800 number? I am calling from Palau and 800 number does not apply to overseas calls from here. Thank you. Mary Ann Delemel
