Overall rating of this office:Have called everyday for elderly Father. Been on hold for 20 minutes each time and then click hang up on me. I have to get his address changed how do I do this in Twin Falls Idaho
Hello, I had submitted an application for my daughter's (Alayna Morgan Brown) social security number. I have yet to hear back and I sent an envelope with important documents to the Twin Falls, ID location.
I have tried to call and haven't gotten through to anyone. I am needing her social security number before the end of March.

No one ever answers the phone. You get a busy signal even on sundays, you know their phone is not busy 7 days a week. People should be able to go into that office and talk to someone. If not then why are we paying anyone to be there including the guard.
Staff have been courteous, helpful and proficient.
