Service was poor. My husband is handicapped with Parkinson's and has some hesitancy in his speech . The agent rejected his information based I suppose on the hesitancy of some of his responses. After waiting an hour to speak to someone, it was disappointing to have to begin again with another call.

It's impossible to get through to a human. The office in Logan Square has no way to simply access a rep. You must know who you want to speak to. This means you cannot make an appointment to get info on the phone. At the 772-1213 I was given a call back time. The call then went directly to the survey and there was no way for me to correct this.
