Never have I seen such incompetent office. I am trying for part B . I sent all signed forms by myself and husband's employer all signed. I keep getting them back with forms identical to them saying needs to be filled out. The form is ALREADY filled out, you just sent it back to me. Called main social security office said they have nothing on me with these forms. Someone is not doing their job!!.

I have contacted the waukegan office three times in 4-months looking for information on a review of documents SSA-44 files sent in Dec 2020. (VERIFIED RECD)
each time I was told that the case has been assigned and I should receive a letter from a representative. 4- months seems like a long time and it is costing my spouse and I hundreds of $ every mo. this is IRMMA & MAGI related. SSA acted very quickly to add costs and are very slow to remove those added costs. THANKS IN ADVANCE for any help.
