Overall rating of this office:Dec. 7, I have not been able to reach your office by phone. Why??? I also cannot seemingly use my online account, as it continually says I have tried more than 3 times and I need to contact you. What a bunch of malarky! If you service won't answer the phones how can I talk to anyone to solve the issue? Thanks, people!!
without question the rudest, most unhelpful individual I have ever encountered in either private or public sector. Completely unwilling to assist in my invalid mothers affairs. Cut off my conversation & inquiry with "we don't recognize your POA" & "The SSA does not follow orders from state agencies". All of this to protect my mother's privacy from her son's attempt to help. If privacy is such a concern then why do they have you enter your social security number on a huge screen that can be viewed by anyone sitting in the waiting room? Why when you approach the counter do they ask you to again verbally repeat the same SS#, and ask you to repeat it "louder" so that anyone in ear shot, and there are many, can take note. Very unprofessional approach. When I pointed out that this gentlemen was not interested in helping he called for a guard to escort me from the facility. Really? How threatening is a 62 year old man to a 6'2 guy behind a counter. Ought to be ashamed and looking for another job away from the public sector.
I have not received my premium information for 2015. When will I find out how much my premium will cost and when is it due?

waited 2 hours twice on phone and got hung up on both times when will you open offices up? I really need your help app for spousal benefits ,and I cannot get online for app because I cant make a new account.
