Overall rating of this office:been trying to contact local office and main 800 number with no luck need to talk to rep. about direct deposit . my mothers bank was bought out and we need to change account info and she is in a nursing home and they do not allow in at this time. phone either just rings or cuts off this number has been no help I understand with the situation but our concerns and question going unanswered are causing us more problems
I need my parents awards letter for this year to use in getting them some help. Is there any way I could have it sent to me or emailed to [email protected]
They are both in their ninetys and unable to get there.I live in Tn and usually get in town on week end only

do u have another number decides 1800 772 1213, i keep calling to do my interview iv tried at least 4 different time sense the holidays, i was in there b 4 the holidays it keeps me on the line for ever i have air time its running out to keep calling im in Dublin, i cant drive all the way over there again, they called my mom's number not mine i reported my number to the office

customer service is disgraceful
