Hours are unacceptable for those who have to work. Should be flexible to cover all working shifts. The office is always full and waits are often over an hour. Changes need to be made in system. Unacceptable as a government office that is intended to serve the people.

I had a meeting with Miss Williams on Nov. 03, 2016 for signing up on Part B starting on Jan. 1st to coincide with my primary insurance. I have called SIS several times and they suggest to talk to Miss Jackson but I have no extension. This is very important since I have cancer with a lot of medical expense. Please!!
