Overall rating of this office:I get messages from a Mr. Marcum saying to call
1-866-572-8360, but when i search that number i get spam results. Nothing lists Etown office as being connected to that phone number
Called From 4157584218 called that my
ssa benefits will discontinue because for missed used.
The employee Jennifer was very rude and unprofessional. She became aggravate when I asked her to explain my benefits. I ask for a supervisor. She stated that their was one one. I have nothing but problems with this office for several months. Not returning messages left. Now I have to try get answer from the national office. Public servants for disabled citizens should be more helpful and professional. If you can't find another job.
This office is highly efficient & helpful. They are an awesome bunch who know their jobs well, am grateful for their help so any times. Keep up the great service you guys/gals provide!
Fix your call in service or remove it. Saying or spelling on a phone does not work. If we are so busy we can't talk to customers we need to hire more people,

Kimlee was fantastic...took time to remedy my problems...was courteous...didn't get frustrated by all my questions! Keep up the good work!
