This employees at this office are very incompetent and rude. They send you letters that are dated and postmarked after your event has already lapsed. They claim they called you when they haven't made an attempt. They lose documents you send them. I just had an agent hang up on me. They are the worst bunch of people I've ever had to deal with at Social Security.
