I have been happy with SSA service...to be able to speak to them by person is extremely important...
The SSA needs accurate data from all sources, federal and corporate- one error or non-compliance anywhere in the data chain creates a log jam.
I have personally had one super irritating problem; an insurance company providing an incorrect date for healthcare termination, which resulted in a gap of coverage. It took 2 months and at least 3 phone calls for the insurance company and SSA to correct the records.
PS My wife retired from a large company last November. Despite a half dozen phone calls to the overseas HR department, every time she calls they still believe that she is still an employee. So if she is still an employee where is the check?

SS is so messed up. I can't even begin to figure this out anymore. I am not suppose to be getting any more monthly payments, for a supposive overpayment, but I just got a statement saying I was getting my huge $30 per month. I don't want it. Keep it. PUt it towards my over payment. So damn tired of this. such incredible incompetence.

Re:Evanna Morissette
claim #004-40-4761

I sent to you two faxes (dec 20th and april 12th) at fax #207-941-1945, showing that Mrs Morissette is willing to resume widow benefits, but she did not hear from your office, nor me.
J have receipts showing that you received such faxes,
What is happening?
Thank you in advance for your collaboration
