Social Security Office Locations

Have been unsuccessful (since June) in getting my record of earnings corrected. Have visited twice, written several letters, faxed requested info, but there is neither a correction nor feedback that more info is required.

Did not wish to even give one star. Went to this office on 02/15/19. Arrived around 9:30am, twenty people lined up out into the vestibule with the outer door held open. I get in line and immediately a white female guard attempts to speak to me though the glass and has to raise her volume about I "can't bring a bottle of water in"! I jester with my hands and body that I don't understand and are speaking to me? She again this time angrily yells about the bottle water, wow! I look and say to the people around me "what's, the big deal". The nasty guard in the mean time makes her way around and to the open vestibule door so we can hear each other and she again tells me I can't bring the bottle water into the facility. Again I ask what's the big deal and she has that look and states "I'm the messenger". I have never been in this place before and this nasty b_t_h is going to speak to me in that manner I'll never go back!!!!!

Do I need an appointment or is a walkin ok during open business hours

I've mailed in applications for a new card twice and left email once. Applications were sent in early June and again in July. I have not heard back from either. please advise. Thank you ;^)

If I come in the office and order a replacement card for my child, will I receive the card the same day?
