Overall rating of this office:

Vicky Lynn Leazer wrote on 21.04.2022 and gave a rating 1 of 5:

My service with the SSA Rep was superb - 5 stars!

But I gave 1 star for rating at this location, because I was treated like I have the plague, had to sit in a restricted & designated seat, and had to wear a mask. Why was all this required when the mandates have been removed, federal offices are open to the public - following State rule, and this office is in the "Low Risk" area?????????????????????????????

David L. wrote on 21.04.2022 and gave a rating 4 of 5:

Why is this facility still requiring face masks when the mandate in the state has been removed, and federal requirements are to follow based upon state guidelines and levels? This office is in a "Low risk" area and should not require masks of anyone visiting the building unless they wish to wear one themselves. Other than this issue, the staff is pleasant, and they work well to take care of customers.
