I mailed in an application for a replacement SSN card along with my brand new passport to the Suitland office on Tuesday, June 13th (from Upper Marlboro MD). I have yet to receive any response nor my passport. Is it still being processed? Was my application ever received? I REALLY need my passport back ASAP. I have been trying forever to get an in person appointment, to sign up for medicare. I've been told many times, I will receive a return call within the next 3 days. I never receive a return call or an appointment date.
