Just in case someone is there to read this... The phone numbers in Boston region that I have tried have not been in use.. message says something to that effect...no longer valid number.
So I did write to the DC address... already spent too m any hours on hold with that.
All I need to do is change address/routing number of bank to which my SS check should go.
I live in Souithborough... phone 508-481-8299
