Waited 2 hours... for them to say.. whoever is here for a ss card replacement; line up on against the wall. I waited all that time, so people could cut me in line to get before me. They NEED to treat people better. And come up with a more accurate system. Terrible. Terrible service!!!!

I have been trying to resolve a problem since November. I was given the extension of one of the agents. I have called her 4 times and left a message to return my call. I have also given a detailed message along with my S.S number and phone number. I have yet to receive a reply.
