Overall rating of this office:I came in about three weeks ago to check and see if you had put my granddaughter back on her social security. Autumn-Monet Jones, ssn 382-21-3773. Because the school sent in verication on 11-23-15 that she was back in school full time. The lady I spoke to said she was approving it. I have not received any notivacation on this. I would like to know when and if this is starting back up. She said She would get the back checks also. Which should be for November, December and now January. Please let me know what is going on. I have not received my Jan. S.S. check in my bank. My bank is Financial Plus and I ch
ecked it on line and the check is not there. They told me I had to ask you about it. Thank you, Norma J. Hoffman

I have contacted S.S. since December 10,2020 about my deceased brother monies owed from his social security account. apparently when transferring his income from a debit card to a creadit union partial payment was sent back to S.S. They have kept the money and will not answer any calls into the department heads. Very poor rating of -0-.
