Overall rating of this office:After first trying (incorrectly) to direct me to another office, the phone contact withheld the information I sought and hung up on me because she didn't like my tone. In three calls to SS, all I got was "it takes 90 days"(without checking to see if my form was received) or "we will send you the form" (they didn't), and none bothered to tell me that a form could be submitted via email. I still don't have the email address. Why the secret?

I got cut off phone and cell phone wage reporting. I told this office about sine October and they won't do anything about it

I was at the Bloomington Social Security on Tuesday afternoon and was Service by Matt. McLaren or Matt M. He did an excellent job for me. He took care of all my issues and resolved all of my problems. Thank You Very Much!
