I have a child with a disability which claim I was calling about. The representative was overly rude and did not want to answer my questions. She had a strong accent therefore I couldn't understand her clearly. She laughed and said, I just told you that. She made me feel like a joke. When I asked what her name was she said Ellen and we don't give our last names. I've never dealt with such unprofessonalism as nice as I was to her! This was not a laughing matter. Disappointed!
I never received my new medicare card and some providers will not accept my old one. could I get a new card.
