This office does not answer phones and has horrible reviews online. The government doesn’t do anything to force improvement because they are supporting mostly African Americans and frankly don’t care. Not like this at other offices. Should get assistance at any office or any SSA office that will answer.

I am POA of my Aunt Who is a senior. She is in need of a replacement SSA card. I previously spoke with an online rep. They said I could get proof of her identity from her doctor etc. and fil out the Form SS 5. (She doesn't have the latest forms of ID)
Can I bring it to the office in zip code 63136 or should I mail. Thanks

where can I go to acquire a list of consultants (Representative) that can assist me in preparing and filing a Disability Appeal?
I have asked for the list at the SSA Old Florissant Office, but they tell me they have no list to provide (even though it indicates, in the letter I received, a list is available at my "Local Social Security Office".

What do I need to do to get a new social security card? I use to have mine on me and use it all the time but it isn't required as verification as much anymore. I do need one to renew my license and make it a REAL ID.

Do I need an appointment to apply for my Social Security Retirement Benefit? If so, how do I schedule an appointment?

Thank You,
Kim Winschel
