I was placed on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes. I just hung up at 4:45 p.m. All the while, I'm being told someone will get to me as soon as possible. I then find out the office closed at 4:00 p.m.! I was left on hold after closing! That is not acceptable. I called earlier in the day and the automated system said no one was available to help me. So FRUSTRATING!

I need forms to fill out for my husbands recent death. What do I do, since you wont answer the phone, and I'm 82 yrs. old and can't drive to your local office on Noland Rd.???

We have applied for my husbands medicare and have not received a card or number so he cant sign up by the Dec 7th deadline. I have set him up an account but now does not recognize the user name and password. Nor does it recognize the email to use the forgot the username and password option. The wait at the office is 4-5 hours and Robbie had tried servreral times to call and sits on hold for over and hour and then he hangs up. What happens now that he cant make the deadline??
