I talked to Jeff at the office located in Barry Plaza on Green Hills Road. I was surprised in that he was like an encyclopedia of what I wanted or needed to know. He actually mentioned a few things that initiated more questions from me. He ran me out of questions to ask. I appreciate everything he did for me and hopefully any future calls I may need to make I would be so lucky as to get him or someone he has trained. He did need me to call back to the office but explained that it was the way the systems worked in order for me to get a phone appointment/interview to complete a process. Thank you very much for having Jeff help me and I am sure many others calling in to your office. I'm thinking 5 stars may be a bit shy of what he may deserve.
